Driver tries to kill cyclists in Critical Mass Porto Alegre, Brazil 

Ricardo José Neis ran over cylists while they were doing a critical mass. this hits home for me since there are a ton of critical masses here where i live. critical mass is where cyclists try to get recognized by governments and councils to understand the sometimes dangerous conditions they have to undergo, just to ride a bike in their city, it’s seen as a protest. 
this man got away, and is hiding out because of what he did.
i know there are a lot of people on tumblr from brazil, and i would really appreciate it if people spread the video and maybe someone will know of him or be able to contact the police about something. anything helps.
